Pros
I had very nice colleagues and the customers were mostly nice, many of them were regulars to the cafe. Two of my three superiors (the manager and team leaders) were decent normal human beings and whom I got along well with.
Cons
The third superior was old and overpaid as a result of connections and not ability. You also have to do a stupidly long online safety course which caters to the lowest common denominator.
