Pros

Some of the people are really nice and most people get along really well.

Cons

Where to begin? Management treat the staff like crap. They're constantly rude and walk around the place commenting on the staffs appearance and acting like they're golden gods to be worshiped. Vast majority of equipment is faulty. Staff are expected to work like robots and are criticized for asking for basic work rights like taking breaks. Even if you do over time you never get paid for it. Constantly understaffed and under equipped for basic things (Like coffee cups glasses etc.) Staff morale is very very low.
