      Pros

      -If you are in the head office or a regional office, you work very independently -Option to work from home on occasion -Reduced cost or free meals when visiting units -Promotes diversity -A lot of exposure to many different industries and companies

      Cons

      -Only internal education programs available -High turnover -Large departments spread across the country means you don't get much face to face time with your peers -Poor financial compensation

      Pros

      Minimal charge for your lunch.

      Cons

      Cheapest company ever!!!! They dont throw anything away ever. So freshness is not their motto to staff but to their customers. They give you one pen and one grease pencil at a time amonst the whole staff!!! Haa haa haa. Management dont know how to talk to staff. Talk back to them and they cut your hours. Expect to work sonic speed b/c they to cheap to pay for needed staff. Needed staff not extra staff there's a difference.

      Pros

      good benefits, freedom to make your own schedule, good health and safety systems in place, good out sourcing for other "brands"

      Cons

      Paid grid is horrible, no sales bonus or any bonus, lack of leadership in upper management, its understandable when you are salary to spend a significant amount of time at work however this is not the best to work for if you have a family or social commitments of any kind. They expect you to work non stop, with little pay and no support.
