- Great environment to gain practical leadership experience - Flexibility with shifts - Good pay for retail and hospitality, and long hours

Cons

- Shifts aren't regular during certain times of year, e.g. January, etc - Management can be hard to work with

Pros

Compass is a company well on way to building a large brand in Real Estate, and Title Companies. They have made two very large acquisitions in the last 2 years.

Cons

The culture is very corporate you get lost in the shuffle. Operations are all offshored so it's very difficult to get any internal issues resolved on a timely basis. It's very disconnected with all the entities.
