      No pros whatsoever, worst company I've ever worked for thanks to having someone that def should not or ever be in a management position!

      Cons

      Do not work in Binghamton NY as housekeeper. The manager is nasty, rude, condisending! They can't keep people there cause it's so unprofessional! All the workers tried to get this manager either transferred or fired but it didn't work. This company is horrible/nightmare! Compass needs to do an " undercover boss" on this place and see how management really is! I'm sure this manager is sweet as pie to her superiors, they are def blind sided!

      Great co-workers. Lots of overtime. Valuable lessons learned.

      Expensive benefits package. Unhealthy staff meals. Almost 100% employee turnover within a calendar year. Disconnected management at every level...

      Pros

      The benefits and hours are fantastic ! That is about the only good things I can think of why to work for this company.

      Cons

      Management needs more training on how to treat people with respect and how to properly run a kitchen. Favoritism should not be allowed and fairness should. Upper management should listen to the employees voices when you are on your 4th manager in 1 year and the site is still not running properly.
