Pros

Immediate responsibility and ownership. Weekly calls with other managers. Supportive management.

Cons

Considering it's a multibillion dollar company, the technology is completely antiquated. They recently said there was an upgrade to our internal dashboard, but it was only a cosmetic change. Their financial systems still freeze and crash frequently. Everything is manual and the work is not challenging.

Steady hours, can work weekends to get more days off, benefits

Cons

Customers are very rude, workload is very large, raises are not existent (you receive a cost of living bump as your "raise" at the beginning of the new year, no bonuses
