None. Just not worth it.

Cons

If you enjoy working with third-world dummies who don’t speak English or have miserable attitudes, this is your company. You’ll find typical Chefs whose job titles have gone to their heads. Many of their clients are large jerks who treat Compass staff horribly because of their stature. Staff are horribly overworked.

Pros

Fully remote. If you like to work from home. If you like micromanagement environment and the manager likes to provide only constructive feedback.

Cons

There was a significant lack of training, and contributions were not recognized. Micromanagement was extreme, and rather than offering support when you struggled, management often downgraded your efforts and refused to help.
