Fair work would have a field day if they investigated.

Cons

I was hired as an attendant but constantly expected to act like a personal assistant — doing extra tasks well beyond my role — all while being paid the lower rate. Management takes advantage of staff and refuses to acknowledge the extra responsibilities. Totally unfair and disrespectful.
