      Great team members. A feeling of community. Many great little perks.

      Cons

      The corporation only pays the bare minimum and that's it. They are oblivious to the risks we put ourselves through working during a pandemic.

      I can’t think of any

      Cons

      -Very limited time off and it takes years to accrue more time -Salaries are not competitive. Considering the high acuity of patients and number of ICU’s, the salary does not compensate for this -Understaffed and it takes months to find/hire a replacement -Many employers feel under appreciated

      Good place to work. Benefits are OK. Large diverse company, so lots of opportunities to move within the company for career growth/change.

      Cons

      Beware of work-life balance. The work from home / flexible work arrangements are limited - the company has not moved out of old school mindset on that yet.
