I worked for Compaass for 4 years on the Microsoft account. I liked the people that i worked and i liked the work that we were contributing to Microsoft.

Cons

Our clients asked Compass group if we could expand to deliver global service. Compass declined and our group was removed from the contract.

Pros

I loved the growth potential and the possibility of advancement. The company realized they were the largest food supplier in the market and could set their own prices and terms. The company seemed very excited that I was there and to get training in place.

Cons

My desk was not assigned when I arrived, my mentor was not yet determined, I had to finally go ask the person who assigns computers to finally get my laptop and username/password for training. I realized it was a cube farm which would be fine had I just graduated school and it was my first foray into the corporate world. I realized quickly that I would do well at this job but it would have to be either quick advancement or I would have had to leave. I also didn't figure out what the pay schedule was until after I had left.

Constant Harassment. Failed attempts to reach out to HR because they communicated everything to my manager. Fired for child illness. Lack of integrity, lack of honesty.
