No growth opportunity. I have applied for more than 50 positions and have not had one interview. Incurred drastic paycut (better than 30%) with promise of ample opportunities. Current pay equal to entry level for a seasoned professional with 20+yrs experience and college degree. Human Resources are not available for the benefit of the employee but really to give the company a heads up to potential problems. Open door policy is a sham. Corporate must have one basic requirement for management personnel. In order to be in a power position you must be willing and able to disregard all employees skills and accomplishments. Bullies are a plus. Recognition shall not be allowed. One would think that a company of its caliper would truely appreciate good quality professionals and treat them as such in order to retain them, but quite the opposite, everyone is replaceable. We are all a dime a dozen. As soon as something else comes my way I'm out of here. It is just a job. If you want a career seek employment elsewhere. Good Luck. Read others reviews. Cons are the same. Obviously it's a challenge for any company of this size to find the right balance between too much information and not enough communication. It's a struggle.
