      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule options to work from home if sick. Benefits package retirement match free healthcare for yourself discount for your kids. It’s union and my pay keeps going up every year.

      Cons

      Have to work with homeless clients. I worry about my safety in and outside of the building not enough care about safety. Would be better to be paid more especially for clinicians. Very unorganized people quit a lot and call out sick a lot
