      Great plpc to learn how to conduct group therapy and some individual therapy. Along with working with an interdisciplinary team(doctor, nurse, program director, therapist) Great pay and benefits

      Pros

      Flexability is great with kid's, benefits are good, very nice coworkers. Clean working conditions, much better than traditional floor nursing especially for older/seasoned nurses.

      Cons

      Salaried - much, much overtime, some strange hours, lots of call.
