      Pros

      Coworkers were helpful and kind. Organizational mission was great.

      Cons

      Department management was threatening and coworkers were intimidated by department manager inconsistent behaviors. Building was moldy (flooded basement); office was cold with drafty unrepaired windows. It is sad that at a company that promotes wellness and mental health that the department led by intimidation.

      Pretty average employers. A lot of locations with different leadership styles. Good opportunity for movement if you like change.

      Cons

      The usual, under pay for over expectations. "You're at your cap for said position" No anual reviews for the last few years. Reduction in benefits with no sound reason.
