You get a paycheck every two weeks.
Cons
You can and will be fired at whim regardless of performance. There is a "clique" environment within the leadership structure that allows some to get away with whatever while others are termed for little or no reason. Also, forget about fair pay. You "may" get a turkey for the holidays but raises are small, infrequent, and follow a pattern of arbitrary distribution not based on performance but on favoritism. The CEO is a weak leader and the company has consistently told it's employees this year the company is failing financially. No growth opportunities. You do not want to put this place on your resume.
