      Pros

      - Really strong leadership team (visionary CEO, super sharp CFO, humble and accomplished CPO, talented CTO, etc). - Great opportunity for professional growth for talented people - Lots of culture and focus on supporting its people - Lots of upside and imminent IPO

      Cons

      - Company hasn't invested in systems and infrastructure which makes certain aspects of work tough. They are moving fast to do this now
