I absolutely LOVE the energy in the office, and the camaraderie that I've seen on our facebook page! I am blown away & amazed by the agent support we have with everyone in management, marketing, technology, etc. Rogers is hands-on, professional and super informative. RHA is such a breath of fresh air!

Compass is a nimble and thoughtful real estate firm. The leadership is forward thinking and the culture is one of sharing and personal growth. The technology that powers Compass is unlike any other real estate company and support is outstanding! Robert Reffkin, CEO is an incredibly bright, compassionate, and driven leader. We are blessed to have him at the helm!
