The office has account managers assigned to each person, so if you have questions and need help they are on site and available! The Compass 3 phase marketing & Compass ONE platforms are amazing! The office is bright and always alive!

The Compass Realtor Split is average, like most Real Estate Companies.

Everything is good except the splits and Team focus

Improving technology. The brand. The office. Management is knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

The split is always up for adjustment every year. No matter how many years you sell, sell, sell, they reevaluate your sales volume. There are incentives to being on a team, and everything is geared to that. They always say “we are the first at something”, but that’s not true other brokerages are or have done the same things.
