Plenty of tools and resources to help grow your business. The CRM is phenomenal and allows for your to have access to everything from marketing material, to options for closing gifts that can be wrapped and mailed directly to your clients.

Cons

Not very diverse group on agents, only top producing agents are rewarded with marketing budgets, office spaces, and other perks.
