To be honest, can't think of any

Cons

Super aggressive clients with very little support. RBTs will quit the company due to getting beat up and they just send another willing body in the home anyway. I've been injured several times, and they don't care. It's exhausting, you give it your all, and the only feedback they give you is about case notes (which are the biggest pain ever! worst documentation system of any company I've worked for...complicated and they are MEAN about it.) They belittle you.

The support you receive from everyone at Compass is astounding. Compass provides a healthy work experience. I absolutely love it.

The clients don't come to session, you don't get paid.
