Very family oriented and concerned for employees.

Cons

Encourage you to take care of ourself and family, but do not offer FMLA in timely manner for you to KEEP stout job if you need to be out for any reason.

Starting pay is decent, benefits after 90 days Loved the clients and house I worked at, that's about it

Cons

Inconsistent with rules, what one does the other is not allowed, bosses can be ghetto rude and very unprofessional. I was fired with another employee for a client walking off and us not knowing. These clients are allowed to leave anytime. I was never given a write up or a warning. I was necer late or wver called off...Very strict with schedule...
