Pros

Very supportive supervisors and peers, great hourly pay for new clinicians starting out in residency. They would never try to overload you with more clients than you could handle, and everyone seemed to genuinely care about the clientele.

Cons

At the time, wages were sort of capped off at a certain amount, whether or not you were licensed. It seemed like you either became a supervisor or you left.

Great supervision and training, flexible schedules, ability to control your caseload, food at longer supervisions and trainings, family-friendly company gatherings, bonuses for new-employee referrals, use of iPads for clinical documentation

Cons

Not always aware of training room schedule (would have to leave in the middle of creating resources for clients because this was where laminating machines and other supplies were kept)
