The teams I worked on were great. Really laid back and not micro-managed.

Cons

The role itself was promised to be fast-paced but when I first started I barely had any work to do until almost 3 months into the position. Processes were inconsistent and compensation was definitely low.

Pros

There are some great people. Competitive salary. Good benefits. many managers are very supportive and care about you.

Cons

Will change a lot in times of economic downturn. Loss of benefits for people that stayed. Gave employees unlimited paid time off where they lost their accumulated time off so they didn't have to pay it out when they laid off 15% of the company.

- Team was incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and encouraging to new ideas - Managers were very supportive in my growth and wellbeing at the company - Base pay matched a lot of big tech companies

Cons

- Equity is worthless unless you are joining now - No 401K matching - Culture practically disappeared - Laid off 1,000 employees, then threw party to unify the remaining employees - If you don't drink the kool-aid on the new P&E team, you'll have a hard time progressing through leadership - CEO disappeared after June layoffs and didn't say a word to P&E teams until they had to do more layoffs
