      I have worked for 3 other jobs, and this is the 1st time I actually like my coworkers. Everything here is amazing, and I love my job. Here is why Compass is amazing: 1. The people who work there 2. Amazing pay/benefits 3. 15 days of vacation, 11 paid holidays, unlimited sick days, and work from home when you need it 4. Catered lunch, free snacks, and amazing coffee 5. Managers who care about your growth

      Cons

      I am working closer to 50+ hours a week. I work a standard 9 to 5 and then I tend to work a few hours in the night. The Spring marketing is going to be crazy!
