Pros
The health insurance is really good. Work/life balance is good. I was compensated fairly.
Cons
I felt extremely micromanaged and I did not enjoy the management style of my direct manager. They actively gossiped about other departments and consistently talked down the agents we were processing files for. I was also very confused multiple times when someone new was hired for a role I know could have been promoted to within the department.
