      Pros

      None. Absolutely zero. CEO has every attribute of the dark triad, and it's actually terrifying.

      Cons

      You are disposable upon hire with a shelf life of about six months. Your role is never going to be clearly defined, and he'll drop you like third-period French if the wind hits him just right. If you have the feeling you may be too intelligent to be working for this guy, you already are. CEO is laughable as is the rest of this "company."

      Good when I started but now they don’t care

      Pros

      The team I’m with is amazing. They are truly the best and most qualified for their roles. They are so supportive and the managers are the ones you’ve dreamt of.

      Cons

      They have made bad business decisions consistently and say they are transparent when the higher ups aren’t. Even our managers don’t know what’s going on until we know. I loved the idea of this company and I know the CEO is trying. But. It’s all centered around getting more money and not knowing that cutting good people results in a loss of other good people. Make sure you get a contract and know just an offer letter because everything we were promised is now gone.

      Flexibility and I enjoy working with my fellow employees

      Cons

      The management slowly began to take all of our benefits away including cutting hours. Upper management continued to keep their salaries while the employees beneath them had to suffer.
