Sleezy agents who will steal your listings and photos. They charge you ridiculous "technology fees" and other nonsense, and provide nothing any other higher-split brokerage doesn't. Silly you if you buy into their corporate branding nonsense. No one cares about what brokerage you work for. It's about what you can provide to the customer (your listings and service). You think brand means anything in real estate? Get over yourself. All landlord and customers care about is what listings you can show them and rent, not the silly brand you work for. Never work for this company. Stay far away from scumbag brokerages like this. On top of this, they will spam you to death despite repeated Opt Out requests, each agent constantly adding you back. Would give -3 stars if I could. There is no reason to ever work at a company like this.
