Pros
Flexible days, different areas of work; ie help with transaction coordination, social media, other marketing efforts, client assistance, and overall operations support. Boss very open to trying new things.
Cons
An overall con with real estate is that it can be a bit vague sometimes. Also that it really tends to blend personal life with work life, because a lot of the network you work with is the team lead's personal network. Sometimes you can't get certain things completed during your normal work hours if clients are working and not responding or signing documents.
