      Pros

      I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I joined Compass, but it has been the best decision of my professional career. I am surrounded by incredibly passionate, smart, hard-working colleagues. I am part of a company that is revolutionizing an industry. And the message is resonating everywhere we go. I feel we've only scratched the surface on what we will achieve and am so proud to be part of what we are building. We've accomplished so much...and we are just getting started.

      There are only 24hrs in the day. Need more time to get more done!

      Pros

      Compass is a mission driven company intent on making the real estate industry better for everyone involved. I can say from experience that working at Compass is as inspiring and fulfilling as working on a presidential campaign in a swing state. We're growing fast and making an impact.

      Cons

      Things move quickly at Compass, and that's not for everyone, but for driven, determined people that want to do meaningful work, it's a great pace to work at.

      Pros

      The environment is great and standards are good.

      Cons

      At times you feel as though you're in college, where many seem to be friendly and the environment somewhat inviting. Dispite this feel, when it comes to closing a deal no one really wants to sit down and help you directly, it's more of a figure it out and or come to the training class to get your answers. Which the training is during normal work hours (so part-timers can't make it) and most of the time the training (though highly informative) doesn't address your immediate questions.
