- Experience working with quality real estate agents - Experience in real estate technology

Cons

- Leadership does not value employees or company loyalty - Salaries are way below industry standards - Expected to work 10x as hard for little pay - Very little true opportunity for growth - Only a select few succeed here long term.

I met some great agents here

Cons

There was no training for new agents, hard to reach people for help…you had to make appointments to talk to anyone…why do I need to make appointments when I have a question that needs to be answered right away? The staffs just comes off so fake and they definitely have favoritism. Commission split sucks and the monthly office fee is high for nothing in return.
