- Fulfilling role where you actually feel like you're making a difference - Amazing group of people that are all fun to interact with, it really feels like a family - Fast paced environment where you really get a taste for completing big tasks - Awesome management that is consistently looking out for Agents and Staff

Pros

This is a challenging environment for employees. The focus is on serving the real estate agents and offering them the best resources you can. Management also recognizes hard work and significant contributions and reward employees accordingly. Everyone has to prove themselves and everyone is given equal footing to do so.

Cons

There really are none. This is a great place to work. It is traditional in the sense that it is in-office 8:30-5, Monday-Friday, but that isn't for everyone and there's nothing wrong with it either way.
