Extreme turnover! Do not disreard the other reviews about this role like I didn. I was on one of the top teams, but we were always made to feel like we had to save our bosses job. I mentioned multiple times to my manager and another manager that our office was extremely in distress and nothing was done. I even shared one with my boss that I was worried one morning that an employee might shoot us up and that I even had an escape plan in my head. Nothing was done. I interviewed for an executive AE role and next thing I know I'm interviewing for a "Strategic Growth Manager" role.
Run. No money is worth the harm. The CEO comes across as a very liekable person, but either he is turning away from the issues or isn't being notified of them.
I had to pay out of my own pocket for treats in the office. this was something that I was told all other SGM's were doing, so I did it. It was highly frowned upon by our manager to ever try and expense anything because he needed 2-3 approvals.
