      Cons

      If being worked to the bone and getting absolutely no recognition is your idea of a good job you will fit in here. Useless meetings and zero structure. Boys club culture.

      Pros

      The best aspect of Compass for me is the lack of politics across teams. There is simply so much productive work that needs to be done that there is no "hoarding of work" that happens in other places, where teams try to be the only ones working on a particular project. Also, the work-life balance is really great. You do not see people spending nights and weekends at the office just to be able to complete their tasks. In fact, I would say that it is a pretty relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      It is really a much younger company than its funding status implies. The infrastructure and processes are closer to a startup at Series B or C, rather than a pre-IPO company. Love it or hate it.

      Fantastical culture and cool co-workers pays well average benefits

      Cons

      Management and those obviously being groomed for management were a little clique'y. Most of DC management did not seem to take feedback as constructive critique, instead it seemed they took it as dissent, which made it more difficult to fix problems. Unfortunate because most the people in management were really good people and had the potential to be great leaders, but fell short in most cases.
