Fast track to experience in the field and access to helpful tools and resources
Cons
Low pay or no pay , forced to do work that isn’t paid for other agents , without knowing , stealing of leads/ clients .. Started off great but I believe individuals take advantage of new agents , some will use you and when you are against that you will be black balled from the company . People will set you up with people that will purposely waste your time just to say you aren’t producing . Beware there are great people and good technology but there is definitely some shady business going on .
