I don't there are any pro's left

Cons

terrible management, they are totally clueless, are in meetings all day, and have no idea what is happening. They are outsourcing jobs and not letting the agent community know. The few people who are left and haven't quit or been laid off are all miserable. Also they keep cutting benefits, also if you're near your sabbatical you'll probably be laid off before you make it.

- plenty of backend tools and tech to support agent - brand recognition - nice offices and company events

Cons

- useless managers - commission splits suck - its not a tech company despite the fact it keeps saying it is - company spends too much - will probably go bankrupt or be sold soon
