      Pros

      -the culture is phenomenal -everyone shows up and works collaboratively every single day -leadership really does want to hear from you and they will answer your emails personally -things move fast and new roles are being created often -the managers here are the best I've ever worked with

      Cons

      -sometimes minor policy changes don't get sent out in an email, rather they are communicated at the weekly Q&A session so if you miss that you miss the update

      Pros

      The people - they are the smartest, most passionate people I have ever met. Our CEO is incredibly inspiring - smart, talented and focused on the future. He reinvigorates the entire organization every time he speaks. Amazing benefits. Flexibility to keep my life balanced. Positions that focus on our strengths.

      Cons

      Sometimes we move too fast and make snap decisions when it would be better to wait things out a bit. The organization is somewhat silo'd and cross-pollination is surprisingly rare in some instances. This is getting better, but we have work to do.

      -Culture - Everyone from the CEO down to the office assistant are so excited about what we're working towards as a company and the culture we have permeates to every other facet of the business -Consistent improvement - C-level teams ALWAYS wants to hear how we can improve our business, our policies, and programs to help everyone be more successful and happy

      -Only a couple weeks of PTO
