      Great opportunities, but not without some faults

      Provides opportunities to grow, good culture, fair pay, good benefits

      Cons

      As others have mentioned, the goals are always changing. Often requires long hours (like 10 hr/day minimum, sometimes up to 14-16hrs). No training for managers, new or old, and that shows.
