Pros
My CEO Robert Reffkin really cares! Robert welcomed me on day one, congratulated me on my promotion, and knows my name when he visits Houston. Not only does he welcome EVERY employee, but EVERY new agent. Before Compass, I could not say that about my Company. Here are some other great Pros about Compass: - Excellent Culture - Best Benefits (Especially PTO, Health Insurance, etc.) - Working among the best-in-class -Inclusive of all walks of life -My managers listen to feedback -Tons of Resources to make my job easier
Cons
You have to be attentive and have the ability to #movefast. It is a MUST that you get along with every type of person as we work with big personalities all day #collaboratewithoutego.

Pros
- Compass attracts top talents so you are always sitting next to someone with an amazing skillset and experience. - The benefits are really great. Healthcare 100% paid for, lunch catered once a week, and unlimited paid sick days.
Cons
- If you like to have a life or sleep, this is not the job for you. They give you laptops and fully expect you to work at all hours when agents need you. - There are no set working hours so a lot of team members take advantage of this perk making the workload weigh on those that are already working hard. - Management has absolutely no idea what they are doing and it's very very very political. - The CEO is so focused on making the agents happy and it's completely at the expense of the staff. They basically give you a cool laptop, great benefits, and snacks to cover up for the toxic culture and working you to death.
