- Incredible office space - Company culture you can't put a price tag on - Great company vision that internal team member's buy into as well as the agents - Great benefits and perks - Great work life balance

Cons

- Some constant change but to be expected in a fast growing tech start up - If you're not comfortable with the fast change it might be a tough spot in certain divisions

Pros

Just under a year here at Compass and have been very happy since I started. Compass has great diversity groups that support and reflect the open friendly culture here at compass. Management has been very supportive and open to speak too/address any concerns or thoughts employees wish to share and regularly respond to and engage employee opinions on work place policies among many other policies in place. There is always room for growth here and I feel I can be myself and an employee at the same time which cannot be said for most companies.

Cons

Currently has two review cycles a year, can be reduced to one and the pay scale does need a review.
