Okay place to work, but not secure due to the nature of the business

Good pay and benefits Decent communication, though events are a bit over the top Agents can be great to work with

Cons

The business grew too fast, likely due to the injection of funds from softbank. This was unsustainable Interest rate hikes caused most of the jobs to disappear. I built a world-class team, just to let most of them go because we couldn't weather the storm. Alcohol is free-flowing in the offices, and at a lot of events, much of the staff and agents are drunk.
