      Pros

      Beautiful offices filled with beautiful people. Hires talented and wonderful people that feel like family.

      Cons

      Upper/executive management is not transparent, honest nor consistent. Nothing is rolled out on time. Decisions are made at the drop of a hat with what appears to be minimal planning. 90% of staff is overworked/ underpaid and feels taken advantage of. Staff retention is dismal.

      Pros

      -Flexible work hours. -Occasional opportunity to spearhead projects you're passionate about and work autonomously. -Nice health benefits and gym reimbursements.

      Cons

      -Lack of good leadership. -Most leaders and managers have little prior experience in leadership positions, making their approach to management disconnected and out of touch. -Promises made by headquarters either come with a catch, or are not followed through. -The company continues to make the same mistakes over and over again, not learning from prior missteps. -Primary concern of leadership is continued monetary support from outside investors, causing their decisions to often be to the detriment of staff satisfaction. Staff is forced to push initiatives that do not help them, but rather continue to be appealing to investors.

      Pros

      You never work with your direct manager since the Agent Experience team absorbed the roles and responsibilities of the Marketing and Office Assistants. As a result, the only people around to keep an eye on you are the agents.

      Cons

      There is no financial security. Top earners are always let go quietly to cut costs. Being eligible for a sabbatical is a kiss of death and you should certainly begin to look for a new job.
