      Pros

      Compass is a really great company to work for. Good people. Amazing benefits. Great additional perks. They are also working really hard to create amazing things for the world of real estate. It's a fresh, innovative company.

      Cons

      Sometimes departments should communicate better. It's hard to be effective when one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Also, there should be better delegation of who reports to who all the way down the ladder.

      Contagious Atmosphere!

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is contagious in all the best ways. This really starts with the executive team. They are creative, fun, focused, different and smart. Best of all, they know the importance of building a company with no walls between leadership levels. Collaboration is encouraged on every level and when you come to the office, you can see it happening everywhere.

      Cons

      Compass is still working on perfecting new systems and processes. While this might throw some out of their comfort zone, it actually presents the opportunity for Compass employees to take what they've learned in past positions and take charge in implementing new projects.

      Pros

      Pros: - Open office with friendly co workers - Flexible work from home hours - Collaborative environment - Good company culture - Catering for lunch - I'm learning new technology

      Cons

      Cons: - A few long time employees have left, which hasn't been good for morale - While the product/engineering department is great, it is hard to balance the start-up vibe of the department with an overall corporate culture (although they are really trying to work on this) - The annual review process is very time consuming - The company is growing quickly, and sometimes its easy to loose the fun culture that attracted people to Compass in the first place
