      - Great culture, company works very hard to empower all offices across the country to implement cultural programs - Lots of opportunity for growth, people promoted regularly from within and leadership open to employees discussing goals for future growth - Transparent management style for the most part - No egos - Everyone is keyed in to company mission and this creates a great working environment

      Cons

      - Internal communication can be difficult at times. Company moving quickly and timeline of when certain teams know information can be really short causing confusion

From staff to agents, everyone is prepared to help out. It's a great opportunity to surround yourself with world class individuals who have very impressive, interesting and diverse backgrounds.

      Pros

      Compass is hands down the best company I've worked for. Their values speak volumes and creates a great culture for all. Communication is open and always transparent. Each region is so diverse, yet we still come together and continue to grow our brand. Even with Compass growing rapidly, your voice and opinion will always be heard. Management is always striving to learn new and best practices. There's always opportunities to grow and learn something new.
