You may be think a real estate company is boring to work, but let me tell you COMPASS is completely changing the game. It literally has the best of both worlds, the real estate agents and the bright minds behind the technology.

Cons

They are growing very fast and agent requests can be demanding.

The most talented team I've ever worked with, and all from such different backgrounds. Collaborating with such a talented team is rewarding and leads to great results.

Cons

Demanding culture (but at least no face-time, it's all about results). Fast-pace of growth, things are constantly changing (which is not for everyone).
