I've been with Compass over 3 years now and have never worked at an organization with such incredibly bright, innovative, inquisitive humans. Compass is the kind of place that challenges you on a daily basis, makes you comfortable being uncomfortable, and gives you the freedom to come up with your own solutions. Each day I learn something new or am surprised by the enormous strides we are making together as a unified employee team. This is a place I plan to stay for the foreseeable future, with a long path of opportunity for career development along the way.

If you are looking for a place where your creativity and ideas are encouraged, this is definitely a company to look into. I have worked here for 2 years and really do love it - the people, my managers, leadership, the space and the work. It is definitely not for those who like to coast and just show up - if you want to push yourself and grow within a hyper-growth, start-up environment, then Compass is your place. - Compass also encourages lateral movement if you are looking to switch careers or not sure where you want to go with your career. It feels like they really care about the individual finding their right path at Compass and helping them get there. - The expectations of people managers is unlike what I have seen at any other company. It is amazing to know you have a manager that is looking out for your growth and development and that they really do care. - The benefits are really progressive and are awesome!
