      Pros

      It is so nice to have seasoned realtors in our office. They are great go-to's for any questions I might have. The office always offers a positive and cheerful atmosphere.

      Pros

      Great people, great office atmosphere, wonderful sales managers and AEMs are always in office and super helpful. The front desk staff is also always extremely helpful.

      Cons

      The snacks are not nearly as good as they were circa 2021-2022 at the Chicago HQ office; I feel bad for the front desk crew (lots of turnover) because they are expected to wear so many hats and are expected to be Agent Experience Coordinators rather than office managers.
