The company has amazing amazing culture, support staff, marketing department and technology. I have been a full-time real estate consultant for 29 years, and this is by far the best company I have ever worked for! There is a positive, collaborative atmosphere that permeates every area of the company. The CEO, Robert Reffkin is a wonderful leader. He is both inspiring and transparent, so refreshing...

I've been with Compass for just over a month and am still blown away every day by the amazing culture they have. All the employees and Agents echo the same thing. They feel appreciated and heard and we are all there building something together. And we're all excited about what we're doing! Everyone supports each other and wants to help each other succeed. This isn't just on a local level either - it's Company wide. Management hears what people are saying and they strive to make changes and implement ideas...and swiftly. It is truly refreshing to be appreciated and heard in the workplace. I'm very fortunate to be working here and am grateful every day. I look forward to what we are doing to change the landscape of the industry.
