Pros

You meet some really impressive people both on the agent side and corporate team.

Cons

Management is out of touch with reality. Stuck in the past on telling stories of how they used to recruit(with an enormous signing bonus). Want their sales ppl to come into office even if it has 0 advance to the employee. Spins every story to blame the corporate employee and takes 0 accountability for their mishaps and wrong doing.
