Pros

The company has a great culture. The growth team is run by one of the best leaders out there - Matt Rosenberg. He cares so much about his team and about personal growth and development.

Cons

The company has grown so fast and our compensation has decreased to not reward the top-performers. The job is rewarding but you have to put in a lot of time to be one of the top performers. Lots of turnover on team - it's a lifestyle/a grind.

The Kool-aid tastes great! If you're lucky, you'll be hired by a womanizing broker. Fortunately, there have been others in the past that do talk about the same experience and it is an open secret in the Real Estate industry that he's a creep. Thank goodness management sees this and does absolutely nothing.

Cons

Money over morals. Goes where the money flows. Forget about ethics and morals. The leadership will take side with the top broker who brings in the most commission. Corrupt leadership team.
