Pros

Benefits are company paid for, everyone seemed nice, PTO was okay

Cons

Everyone seemed nice. Managers lie to your face and multiple rounds of layoffs meant getting rid of highest paid workers with least amount of effort. Everyone is out for themselves and most benefits were taken away. They pride themselves on giving you a 2% raise when inflation is 7% and tell you to be grateful while everyone at the top are getting thousands in bonuses.

Pros

The people, both agents and staff, are amazing (like anywhere a few bad eggs but overall amazing) Get to do a lot of different things across a lot of marketing areas - a lot of ways to grow Local DFW leadership team is the best

Cons

Pay isn't great for expectations they have for staff - agents don't always realize that it's so low The agent is always right which can cause issues Not supplying the correct level of staffing for the expectations sold to the agents You have to set your own boundaries or can easily work crazy hours
